For a long time, we thought game development was a mountain too high to climb. At INKD GAMES, we believe that the best projects come from collaboration and the courage to open that first "scary" engine. Today, we combine technical expertise with indie passion to create games that we—and you—love to play.
2000
The First Spark
It all started with Super Mario Bros. Scarllett Lins spent countless nights playing with her aunt, sparking a lifelong fascination with the worlds inside the screen.
2017
Building the Foundation
Scarllett Lins began her career as a software developer. Although the passion for games was there, the "daunting" world of Unity, Unreal, and Blender felt like an impossible mountain to climb alone. For years, game dev remained a distant hobby.
2025
The Neighbor & The Vision
After moving to a new home, Scarllett Lins met Rayan "Sahile" Garcia, a developer with years of experience. They realized they shared the same dream—and the same fears. They decided it was time to stop waiting and start building.
2025
The Turning Point
A Christmas-themed Game Jam ad appeared on Instagram. Scarllett and Rayan took the leap with one goal: just finish something. They didn't just finish; they WON. This victory was the fuel needed to turn a project into a studio.
2026
INKD GAMES & Future Quests
Now mastering Godot, the duo is focused on real-world projects while they learn. This momentum gave birth to Hue and Brew and Coral Quest, both currently in active development.
